Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are taking the recommended step of initiating curbside service today. This is being done to help protect our customers, employees and community as whole.
For clients arriving at the hospital, we ask that you call our front desk and wait in the car with your pet. A team member will be in contact with you by phone to ask questions related to your pet’s visit. Once completed, this team member will come to your vehicle to transport your pet into the hospital. In most situations, you will not be permitted to enter the hospital.
Please let us know if you or anyone in your pet’s household is displaying symptoms of COVID-19 such as a fever, cough, or shortness of breath.
Once your pet has been examined, a doctor will call you with recommendations for care. After a plan has been created, approved and your pet treated, a team member will return your pet to you at your car.
We are asking any clients wishing to pick up food or medications to please call the hospital ahead of time so these items can be prepared. When you arrive at the hospital please call the front desk and your items will be brought to you by a team member.
Payments for services and purchases will be made over the phone with a credit or debit card.
Continuing to provide care for our patient’s while also protecting the health of our clients and employees is of utmost importance to us. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this situation.
